We are proud to be the gym of choice for more powerlifters than any other gym in Wisconsin. We understand what it means to train hard and intense and we provide that environment for our members. We annually sponsor a team of powerlifters to the state championships.

Due to our recent move we are not planning to have the Wisconsin State Bench Press Championships at Ford's Gym in the spring of 2007. However we may have an event in the summer outside in our parking lot. Please watch this website for more information.
