WHY?
Whether it is losing weight, gaining

the field. If you've been working out for years or just beginning, you can
increase your results with an exercise program monitored by a personal
trainer.At your initial consultation, you will define your objectives. A
nutrition plan will be suggested and a workout will be discussed.
BEGINNERS
Start off on the right foot by analyzing your current
diet and learning how to train correctly. You will see results sooner and feel
more confident with your workouts. Beginners who workout with special trainers
enjoy years of rewarding success.
ADVANCED
After years of the same workout,
everyone starts to get burned out, gains come slower, and often technique could
use a crtique. A personal trainer can maximize your results by motivating you
during a workout and fine-tuning your performance for maximum
results.
WHAT TO
EXPECT
Your first
session will include a body composition analysis report from an electrical
impedance test that will show you the following information:
-Body fat as a percentage and in pounds
-Lean body mass as a percentage and in pounds
-Total body water in pints
-Basal metabolic rate in calories per day
-Target bodyweight
The initial report is used as a benchmark to gauge progress
and future reports will be completed every 8 weeks to chart your progress and to
make appropriate changes. We will take you through each workout minute by minute
making adjustments as we go. Your body and your goals are our
business.
