WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first session will include a body composition analysis report from an electrical impedance test that will show you the following information:
- Body fat as a percentage and in pounds
- Lean body mass as a percentage and in pounds
- Total body water in pints
- Basal metabolic rate in calories per day
- Target bodyweight
The initial report is used as a benchmark to gauge progress and future reports will be completed every 8 weeks to chart your progress and to make appropriate changes. We will take you through each workout minute by minute making adjustments as we go. Your body and your goals are our business.
